How it works

From tender notice to a signed submission

Four steps. The profile is a one-time setup; after that, each new tender is a few minutes of your time.

  1. 1

    Set up your company once

Registrations (NTN, STRN, PEC and the rest), past projects, team, equipment and finances. Every proposal draws on this profile.

  2. 2

    Pick an open tender

Tenders published on PPRA’s EPMS, with scope, requirements and closing dates read out of the tender documents for you.

  3. 3

    Fill in your prices

Enter your rates in the price schedule grid or upload your own Excel. If the tender needs something your profile does not have, pkbid asks you instead of guessing.

  4. 4

    Get the document set

Drafted for this tender. Review each document, then download as PDF or Word to sign and submit.

FAQ

Questions bidders ask

Anything else? Sign up free and look around. Your first proposal costs nothing.

Which tenders can I bid on with pkbid?

Tenders published on PPRA’s e-Pak Procurement (EPMS) portal. pkbid reads the tender documents and lists the open tenders with their closing dates.

Does pkbid submit the bid for me?

No. pkbid drafts the documents. You review them, sign them and submit them to the procuring agency yourself.

What happens if my profile is missing something the tender asks for?

pkbid asks you before writing. Anything still missing is marked as a gap in the draft rather than invented.

Who sets the prices?

You do. If the tender has a price schedule, you fill it in (or upload your own Excel) before the proposal starts. pkbid never sets or changes your rates.

What does one credit buy?

One credit drafts one complete proposal for one tender. If a run fails on our side, the credit is returned to your account automatically.

Can I cancel my plan?

There is nothing to cancel. A plan paid by bank transfer runs for 30 days and does not renew by itself; to stop, simply do not pay again. Your credits stay usable until the 30 days end.

How do I pay?

By bank transfer in PKR: pay, send the screenshot on WhatsApp, and your credits are added once the payment is checked. Card payment is coming soon.
